  5.     MINI MINDER is a simple rental property management system that tracks
  6. information such as size (or other description), rate, various tenant data,
  7. payment records, and expense of operation on about 400 units. It also
  8. performs other tasks, such as producing mailing labels in record sequence
  9. and billing tenants. In the reports, Menu 1 can do daily reports, list all
  10. outstanding units (those who have not paid yet), view the status on a
  11. single unit, or list the status of all units. MINI-MINDER was written
  12. specifically for miniwarehouse or locker rental operators, but it takes
  13. little imagination to adapt its fixed format to practically any rental
  14. property-scheme.

  16.     INVENTORY SORT handles multiple inventory lists which may have up to
  17. 1000 part types in each. It can maintain 5 fields of information per part
  18. type, includeing part number, part name, quantity, location, and cost.
  19. INVSORT1 is a modification of INVSORT in that it allows the input of
  20. wholesale and retail cost values. The program can sort records
  21. alphabetically, numerically, or by location. You can easily update and
  22. delete part types, and get a formatted printout of the inventory list.

  26. System Requirements: 128K memory, one disk drive and a version of BASIC.

  28. How to Start: Type: INVSORT (press return), or type INVSORT1 (press
  29. return) for INVENTORY SORT, or COPY MINI.DOC LPT1: (press enter) to get
  30. instructions for running MINI MINDER.

  32. Suggested Registration: $25 for INVENTORY SORT and $50 for MINI MINDER.
